Fall 2009 Registration Dates

Students should plan to come to registration on the below dates. Students in grades 10-12 will be sent a registration packet which contains important forms in July 2009. Students MUST bring their signed completed forms to Highlander Hall to receive their schedule, student ID card and locker assignment. Students who need program changes may see their counselors after submitting their packets. Incoming ninth graders go through this process during the Summer Transition Academy.

Grade 12	August 3 and 4 8:30 to Noon
Grade 11	August 5 8:3o to Noon
Grade 10	August 6 8:30 to Noon
All grades and late enrollees	August 7, 10, 11 8:30 to Noon
Grade 9	All registration will be completed during the Summer Transition Academy

• The first day of school for all students is Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Students who fail to report to school on August 18, 2009 risk losing their programs.
• Counselors will not see students who enroll after August 7, 2009 until the first day of school. Program changes requested after school opens will not be made until all newly enrolled students have classes.
• Please note: All program changes must be requested and completed before Permanent Program Day, September 4, 2009. Program changes will NOT be processed after this date without a drop-fail in the class.
