  • Display a letter or legal-size paper with the LAST NAME and ID NUMBER of your student in the front windshield. This will help reduce the amount of time you will wait to receive your items.

  • Because your car will be directed to wait in the following traffic pattern, please approach campus by using Zelzah Avenue.
  • Once you collect your items, exit quickly.

  • If you arrive in the wrong time slot, you will not be able to receive your items.
  • The campus gates will be locked and restrooms will not be available.
  • Wear your mask or face covering, even in your car.
  • If you cannot make your designated time slot, email jkeyser@ghctk12.com to request a spot during the make-up session on May 22 from 12 - 2 p.m. However, this time slot may fill up so please make arrangements for your scheduled time as best you can.
  • If you are taking public transportation to campus, email jkeyser@ghctk12.com to receive special instructions.
  • School staff will not collect any items during this event. Instructions on returning your textbooks and Chromebook, and collecting personal items from your locker will be sent at a later date.
  • If you are using a School-issued Cap and Gown, you must return it when you collect your diploma after graduation.
  • To comply with public health mandates that prohibit social gatherings, spectators will not be allowed to loiter.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility during these difficult and challenging times. Thank you for prioritizing the health and safety of our students, staff and families.
