Once familiar with the apps and guides below, download the Google Hangouts App (Google Play for Android; Apple Store for iPhone) and add Google Hangouts Extension to the Google Chrome Browser.

Add Google Chrome Extensions
In the Google Chrome browser, visit the Google Chrome Store and add the Google Hangouts Extension. This will appear next to the right of the search bar in the Google Chrome browser.
