Final transcripts must be ordered through Parchment. Final transcripts will NOT be automatically sent out. Click HERE to be taken to the Parchment website. You must create an account with your personal email address to have access to Parchment after graduation. Transcripts will be finalized and sent by Parchment by June 25, 2021. 

Graduated or left from 2004 to present:

Granada Hills Charter High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript securely. Please note there are no copies of high school diplomas. You will need to order your transcript if you need proof that you graduated. Click on the button below and set up an account to order your transcript. 

Graduated or left prior to 2004:

If you graduated or left PRIOR to 2004 - you will need to order your transcript and other records through LAUSD Student Records Center. The website is https://achieve.lausd.net/transcripts.

A former pupil's records may be updated to include the pupil's updated legal name or gender if the charter school receives government-issued documentation, as described, demonstrating that the former pupil's legal name or gender has been changed. Former students requesting this change shall provide a written request and legal documentation to the GHC Counseling Office. Former students who graduated or attended the school prior to 2004, shall notify LAUSD of their request.

In addition, if you graduated or left Granada Hills Charter High School prior to 1990, LAUSD requires a student file number when ordering your transcripts or other records. You will need to email counselingoffice@ghctk12.com for your student file number to enter into the online request form.
